To rent a unit, you’ll need:

We’re happy to accommodate well-loved classics like Airstreams and restored campers, but art cars, novelty vehicles, and RVs or boats that are not in good working condition are not permitted.For safety and compliance, the following items are also not allowed:

Each space is designed for one item only, and stacking trailers is not allowed. If you have multiple items, consider renting an additional space or a larger unit to ensure everything is stored safely and securely. Let us know if you need help finding the right fit!
No, staying in your vehicle while it is stored on the property is strictly prohibited. This includes both overnight stays and daytime occupancy. Additionally:
- No Sleeping or Extended Stays: Sleeping, resting, or staying inside the vehicle at any time is not allowed.
- No Events or Gatherings: Hosting events, social gatherings, or using the space for recreational purposes near your vehicle is prohibited.
- No Loitering: Prolonged presence near stored vehicles without active loading/unloading is not permitted.
- Security & Compliance: These policies help maintain a safe, secure, and professional storage environment for all tenants. Violating these rules may result in lease termination.
